Mager Family

As my brother and I were growing up, our parents would mark our heights on an exposed stud in the basement. A lot of parents do that… keep a visual reminder of how much their children have grown. They do this because when you’re only watching the day to day, you don’t see how all of the little changes add up to something bigger. Family photos do the same thing. You can see how people change — how families change — over time. This family started FIFTY years ago and since then, ten more people have been added to the picture… and it really is a beautiful picture.
